About IELTS and OET

What is English language proficiency test?

This consist of IELTS and OET to assess your language efficiency which is mandatory to work in UK.

Difference between IELTS and OET?

IELTS is for people applying higher education or professional registration in an English speaking environment.
OET is an English test is an International English language test that assesses the language communication skill of healthcare professionals.

How much it will cost to write OET and IELTS?

The amount for OET is $587AUD
IELTS exam is 14000/-

How often the test is held?

OET test is held twice in a month and can be taken approximately in 40 countries.
IELTS is held 4 times in a month and approximately more than 140 countries.

What is the difference between academic and general IELTS?

IELTS academic-if you want to study at university as an undergraduate or post graduate or work for a professional company in an English speaking country this is the right test for you.
IELTS general-if you want to leave in an English speaking country or do work related training there, then this is the test for you.

When can I expect the result of OET and IELTS?

The result of OET will be published approximately 17 days after the test and IELTS after 2 weeks(14 days).

Which are the healthcare professions covered under oet?

Is remarking available for OET ND IELTS?

Yes , you can make a request for revaluation within 5 days for OET and within 6 weeks of the IELTS test date on your test report form.

Which countries recognize OET?

What is the validity of OET and IELTS?

OET/IELTS are valid for 2 years.

What is CBT?

This is a test of your theoretical practice –based nursing knowledge.
Multiple –choice test and test can be taken at test centers around the world.
Pass mark-60%

How many attempts are allowed for CBT?

Ypu may sit the CBT upto 3 times as part of one application ,a minimum of 10 days between each settings.

Will I get assistance with all four modules?

Yes, you will get assistance in all four modules through one on one sessions.

How long will the one on one session last?

1 hour a day or longer if required (trainer discretion)

What duration of course is required for a first-time test taker?

The duration strictly depends on your proficiency in English. But most non-English speakers with no prior knowledge of the Exam will need a minimum of 2 months.

What if I need help with only a few modules?

Special packages are available to suit your specific needs.

Is there any online training material provided?

Yes, we have a tie up with a premium online English language preparation provider. Unlimited access to this platform is provided. Please note: this access is available only for students registering for 2 months or more.

What is the minimum duration of a crash course?

A crash course is usually for a minimum of 3 weeks. You can avail this type of course if you have attended the exam more than once and have trouble in 1 or 2 modules.

Will I be provided training materials?

All training material will be free of cost.
